The CORE Shift Riser is the central component (handle) of one of our best-selling recreational takedown bows. Crafted from attractive wood, it forms the foundation of a classic "family bow" suitable for archers of all ages and skill levels. Known for its exceptional durability when properly maintained, a CORE bow can last between 5 to 15 years. It features interchangeable wood-laminate limbs available in various draw weights and lengths to suit any archer's physical profile.

Riser Construction Note: Unlike risers from Samick (such as the Polaris or Apollo) which feature metal limb pockets and all-metal limb bolts, the CORE Shift riser utilizes composite limb pockets and composite/metal limb screws. These components are more than sufficient for recreational use while helping keep the bow highly affordable.

Target Audience & Versatility

Recommended primarily for beginner and recreational archers who shoot casually—whether practicing target archery or traditional hunting styles. CORE risers and bows fit men, women, and children alike. Equipped with pre-threaded bushings to accept sights, arrow rests, plunger buttons, and stabilizers, offering far better quality and upgrade potential than budget alternatives.

Every complete bow purchase includes custom fitting, assembly, and tuning for the specific archer, along with a complimentary 1-hour consultation at our facility in Viničné.
