    Product detailed description

    SAUNDERS NPV is a premium, high-performance glue designed specifically for fletching vanes/feathers and securing arrow nocks. Unlike standard adhesives (such as contact cement or regular superglues), SAUNDERS NPV chemically etches the plastic material slightly to form a significantly stronger bond with carbon, wood, or aluminum shafts.

    It is resistant to water and solvents, contains ketone, and works exceptionally well with both synthetic plastic vanes and natural feathers—making it one of the top choices on the market. Made in USA.

    • Key Properties: Water- and solvent-resistant, ketone-based bond, USA-made

    • Drying Times (per vane in a fletching jig):

      • Plastic Vanes: ~20–30 minutes before rotating

      • Natural Feathers: ~1 hour before rotating

    • Full Cure Time: 24 hours recommended before shooting.
